Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how CloudLark ("we"), handles data in our Atlassian Cloud apps (the "Apps") and on this website.
1. Data processed by the Apps
The Apps are built on Atlassian Forge and run inside Atlassian's infrastructure.
- Content. Markdown you enter is stored by Confluence as part of your page (macro parameters). It is rendered in your browser and, for search and PDF/Word export, by Forge functions hosted by Atlassian. We do not copy, receive or store it on our own systems.
- Personal data. The Apps do not collect, store or transfer personal data such as names, emails or account IDs to us or to third parties.
- External images. If your Markdown references an image by URL, your browser (and Confluence when exporting) loads it directly from that address. That host may see the request, as with any web image. We are not involved in that request.
- Logs. Atlassian may provide us with technical logs and metrics about app invocations (for example errors and timings) to operate and improve the Apps. We do not log page content.
Atlassian's own processing is governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy.
2. Data processed by this website
This website is static and uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery.
3. Support requests
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and keep them no longer than needed for support and legal obligations.
4. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (in practice, only support emails). Contact us at the address below.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
